01Who we are

The website upd.agency belongs to Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Anton Beschastnyi (UPDATE AGENCY, Kyiv, Ukraine). We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the GDPR. For any questions about your data, write to [email protected].

02What we collect

Data from the contact form: name, phone number, email, company name, the service you are interested in and the project description, as well as anything you tell us directly by email, on WhatsApp or by phone. About website visits we see only anonymised, cookie-free statistics: how many times pages were viewed, where visitors came from, device type and country. These statistics do not allow us to identify who visited the site.

03Why

To respond to your request, prepare a proposal and perform a contract, as well as to improve the website and protect it from spam. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

04Who else has access

Only the services the website runs on: Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection and anonymised visit statistics), Google (email), Resend (sending emails) and Meta (WhatsApp). Some of them are located in the USA; data is transferred on the basis of standard GDPR mechanisms.

05How long we keep data

Requests that did not lead to a collaboration — up to 6 months. Contract data — as long as required by Ukrainian law.

06Cookie

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, so we do not ask about them when you visit. Only technical cookies that the site needs to work may be set, for example to protect the form from spam.

07Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, withdraw your consent or object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, in the EU, the data protection authority of your country.
